Right now my routine is Curves 3x/week and doing a 5K walk 2 or 3 times a week. I'm also more careful about what I'm eating, and while I'm not counting calories, I'm eating better food...
although...
Yesterday, I admit, I had apple pie with whip cream for desert at the banquet.
That was a major victory for me, because deserts have been so off limits because of my blood sugar. But after dinner I tested at 82 mg/dL and I figured I could afford some sweet. It was actually more volume than I was comfortable with (I won't be doing that again) but the sugars were fine... I only went up to 110mg/dL.
And I enjoyed it without guilt.
Right now I have my eye on a few items in Cay's closet that I bought that I liked, but they didn't fit. She's got a ton of clothes, much of it is stuff I'd hoped to have, but that didn't work for me. AND she has a few things I used to wear when I was at my minimum weight. I'm hoping that she loses enough weight that she won't want to have these clothes anymore, but I'm a little worried that she's stalled at where I'd hit minimum.
That's going to be a big issue for my Fairy Godmother project, because if I find something nice and it fits both of us, it's going to be tough for the mom factor not to kick in and let her have it instead of me.
Yesterday at the recognition dinner we had a pretty good time. I had no idea that Cay had made her 100 hours and earned her engraved pin. I'm pretty happy that my over 400 hours, while falling short of the second turquoise stone, earned me a stone for my pin and a hat (the hat was for 150 hours, the stone is at 300 hours, the next stone is at 450 hours). Considering we only worked for 1/3 of the season, I'm pretty proud of what we did.
These days I'm feeling a lot more energized, and I don't know if it's the exercise, the eating, the season at the ranch starting up, or just spring coming... but I like it.

Congrats! That's a big weight loss!!! You are doing so well! :)
