Last night I was watching The Biggest Loser, and the black team threw the weigh in by eating bread all week long. And Daphne, whose only hope was to be this week's biggest loser, gained 2 lbs... probably as a result of stress in the house.

Me? I've done both the stress thing and the bread thing. This past week while I've been sick, I've had toast and soup. Read that: bread and salt. I have no illusions about why my weight is what it is, although I feel painfully depressed about it.
And I know that's not doing me any good either.
Today and tomorrow it'll be around 60-65°, and I hope to take a walk along the bosque today and take some photos. And of course tomorrow I have cardiac testing, but hope to have some free time to do a little exercise beyond the treadmill test.
This week I can avoid the bread and eat a better variety of foods, but there's just no way I can avoid stress. That doesn't mean I'm not going to shoot for a loss on the scales.
