Spent the day out of town with the zoo program. There was a bunch of little problems in the am... the animals weren't ready to go, the aquariums were missing, one of the vans was broken down. We ended up leaving very late, rushing a whole lot.
The programs, however, went well.
Then I came home to a voicemail from my daughter-in-law, who informed me that she was taking all my son's stuff out to the trash, unless I came and got it... like NOW... I thought about taking the bus down to the war zone to pick it up, but when I realized it would be dark when I got there? NO WAY. Too dangerous. I'll give a shot to it tomorrow.
With all the stress, I'm surprised my eating hasn't been terrible. Of course, the night is young. Wish me luck.
I went through an ugly divorce about 17 years ago. Let her throw it in the trash. There is nothing she can toss in the trash that can't be replaced, eventually. Just ask anyone who survives a tornado and walks away with their lives.
ReplyDeleteI am wondering how your cardiac work-up turned out? I am hoping that it is ok if you were able to go to work.
