Wednesday Weekly Weigh In (on Thursday)

Well, I'm down a minute amount this week again.  Unfortunately, all of the points in the graph are within about 5 lbs of each other, which makes me worry that I haven't actually lost anything.   I can fluctuate that much in a day, and I'm going to need two things to make me feel better:  First, I need to be able to step on the scale fully clothed and shod and NOT be 200lbs or more, and second, I need to see this downward trend continue for at least another month.

A while back I mentioned Cay's food and fitness journal.  I'm going out to Barnes and Nobles to get one myself.  They apparently have quite the selection, if the website is to be believed.  My endo wants me to test more often and to log everything for a while to make the case to Pres to send me to Mayo.  The problem is, even if they agree to pay Mayo, they no longer have to transport me to Mayo. And while this whole thing with endo is what's prompting me to do it NOW, I've been thinking I should probably carry a journal and start logging everything anyway.

I'm off to the zoo again today to train the newbies, but plan to hop on the express bus to Uptown and Coronado Mall, where I'll shop B&N and get some eggs and yogurt over at Trader Joes.  There are also a few things I need to pick up at CVS or Walmart, so I'm less than happy about having to run around tonight at dinner time, but that's the time I have... at least for the next 11 days.
