Well, not quite.
It happened like this:
Earlier I posted about my clothing situation. When my daughter came down the stairs, she was wearing these baggy capris in a sport knit. "Do you know those are way too big for you?" I asked.
"Yeah," she said, "I'll go put something else on."
"Give them to ME!" I said, hopping up out of the chair.
She did. They were size 18, and had been in the back of her closet since she was a size 16 (about 7 months ago) They're a little snug, but they're stretch. And yes, I'm wearing them. "Anything else in my closet you're going to want, mom?" she snarked. She's hoping to be down to a size 9 by Christmas. I'm hoping not to be too far behind.
